Each member receives their own personalised membership card with essential emergency contact numbers and the multi-lingual helpline is available for them day and night throughout the year. When an employee or family member does require medical treatment, BUPA International does everything possible to arrange treatment in one of the comfortable, well-equipped hospitals in their network. Claims can usually be settled directly with the hospital, in the local currency. This means your employees don’t have to pay upfront and there’s minimal paperwork for them to do. Of course, there is no obligation to use a BUPA International participating hospital. It’s a question of what’s right for the patient. service for international medical support and BUPA International's Company Scheme offers three levels to choose from or we can tailor a customised solution for larger companies. COMPANY ESSENTIALThis plan concentrates on the basics of hospital treatment. Members are covered for any treatment received during a stay in hospital or as a daycare patient. COMPANY CLASSICThis level offers the basics provided in the Essential plan, plus the security of cover when members need specialist medical treatment or diagnosis. They will be covered for out-patient consultations, diagnostic tests and their in-patient hospital stay. COMPANY GOLDA comprehensive scheme providing cover for in-patient and out-patient
medical treatments in the plans above. Gold also covers family doctor
treatment as well as the prescription medication that often follows a
visit to the doctor's surgery. Home nursing and emergency dentistry are
also covered. OPTIONAL ASSISTANCE COVERAn optional range of enhanced benefits to help your members access the services they need. 'Healthline' (included) provides 24 hour telephone access to a team of trained medical advisers.
